Adrian Wells is the author name of Murrell Anderson, founder of DominionBuilt and creator of the Structure-First Training framework.
Murrell is an ACE-certified personal trainer who helps men and women understand why their bodies feel stiff, uneven, unstable, or harder to progress than they should.
His work begins with one conviction:
Your body isn’t broken. It’s compensating.
Through DominionBuilt, Murrell uses the Assess → Correct → Build method to help clients identify structural patterns, improve movement quality, and train with better direction before adding more intensity.
Before building DominionBuilt, Murrell applied the same structure-first approach to himself. He did not build this system from theory alone. He built it through study, application, testing, and repeated pattern recognition.
The problem he kept seeing was consistent:
People were putting in the work.
Staying disciplined.
Following programs.
And still not seeing the progress they expected.
In many cases, the issue was not effort.
It was structure.
